Went to my first Saturday Bootcamp session. It was cool to see Bootcampers from all the different sessions around SF. Also, I liked training with a different coach. It’s always good to mix up styles, and Sebastian’s style was super different from Chris’. Sebastian is a bit more goofy and cheerier, while Chris is more drill sargent, no BS. The exercises were also different. We focused more on balance and strength and it was a full body workout. My butt hurts from the new exercises we did yesterday. The biggest ah-ha moment? That running on sand is waaay harder than it looks.

Bootcamps question by qwer: dO all the summer bootcamps have induction buzzcuts?
Are there always short buzzcuts at the summer bootcamps?
I am a mother of a 15-year old son. HE has long curly hair and loves this style. He has always wanted to go for a sumer bootcamp, but he does not know if there are always induction clipper haircuts.
He does not want to cut it, but he said he coiuld go for it once in his life.

I’m not sure what you mean by summer bootcamp. If he’s joined the U.S. Military and is going to basic training, his hair will be buzz cut in what they call reception. It’s a hygiene and professionalism issue. All males have to do it.
